1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website itleadnetwork.com or any services provided by IT Lead Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, buyers, and partners who access or use our services.2. Description of Services
IT Lead Network LLC is a performance marketing company that generates inbound calls from US consumers and connects them with businesses in the insurance and home services industries. Our services include inbound call generation, call routing, campaign management, and related performance marketing services for qualified buyers. We act as a publisher and lead generation network operating between consumers and service provider buyers.3. Buyer Agreements
Businesses that purchase inbound calls through IT Lead Network LLC (“Buyers”) must enter into a separate written agreement governing the terms of call delivery, pricing, payment, and campaign criteria. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreements. Buyers agree to use calls received through our network solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the TCPA, FTC regulations, and applicable insurance and contractor licensing requirements.4. TCPA Compliance
All calls generated through the IT Lead Network LLC network are based on verified consumer consent obtained in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC regulations. Buyers receiving calls through our network agree not to use those calls in any manner that would violate the TCPA or any other applicable law. Buyers are solely responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws governing how they handle, store, and act upon consumer information received through our network.5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for call delivery services are established in individual buyer agreements. All fees are due as specified in the applicable agreement. IT Lead Network LLC reserves the right to suspend call delivery for accounts with outstanding balances. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to active buyers.6. Call Quality and Disputes
IT Lead Network LLC makes reasonable efforts to deliver calls that meet the criteria defined in each buyer’s campaign configuration. Call quality disputes must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of the call date, with supporting documentation. We will review disputes in good faith and issue credits for calls that are demonstrated to fall outside agreed campaign criteria. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or outcomes from calls delivered.7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on the rights of any third party, transmit any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services, or engage in any deceptive or fraudulent activity. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access to our services.8. Intellectual Property
All content on the itleadnetwork.com website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IT Lead Network LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms grants you any license or right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IT Lead Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to IT Lead Network LLC in the three months preceding the claim.10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. IT Lead Network LLC does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our services.11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IT Lead Network LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.13. Changes to Terms
IT Lead Network LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
